I'm not sure. Try it in settings. If there is no option for 60 FPS then probably not.

The FPS should be tied into gameplay, in a way that tweaking it can break gameplay elements. I think you can adjust it in the Wayofthesamurai.ini file in the Install folder.

Not this game. unfortunately its one of those games where the animations are tied to the 30 fps so 60 fps breaks combat.

The game is hardcapped at 30 fps, but there is a way around it. the program "Lossless Scaling" on steam will allow you to use frame generation to play the game at 60 fps, however you will have some decently hefty artifacting
