experimental game

A great game that is almost two decades old at this point. I fun game that doesn't overstay its welcome, and is full of goofy characters. Varied combat choices, and a fairly good story.

Dead Rising is such a good and unique zombie game, with a great sandbox and setting that perfectly contextualizes it. The timer will make or break the game for some people, but for me it’s done so beautifully that it reminds me of Majora’s Mask. Everything you do matters, and time management is key. The great thing about this game is you can replay it to perfect your time and routes. Wonderful arcade like design with a surprisingly interesting story.
