remakes don't say anything new. they aren't exactly the artistic expressions i want from video games. also why remove erotica? you have guns, violence, tragedy; clowns falling on chainsaws, a mother losing her baby to zombies, profit driven U.S ethnocentrism- these serious adult themes and imagery we have to deal with.. but you don't see a responsible implementation for sexual appeal to adults? the original experience of dead rising is holistically ingrained in its temporal context. we can accept that and laugh at how far our social narrative has come since. i'm not an anti-woke lobotomite but to me there's nothing being said with this remake except "we need another product released to sure up our earnings for the fiscal year."

You mfr's over at Capcom must be high on coke if you think that I'm gonna spend damn near 50 dollars on a censored version of an already great game. I think that I'll be just fine with the OG version of the game thank you very much.

I just bought the original because you'll just mark it up to account for losses like they did with the original Dead Space 2.

Nah it's mostly anyone who uses the word "woke" as a complaint, censorship is one thing, don't get me wrong, but at the same time, no one wants to talk about the nuances and just use the word "woke" or "politics" as a catchall for anything they don't like, especially in regards to censorship. see the above comment from bacon as an example as a proper complaint.
