Anyway to remove the time limit or stretch it out at least by a 50% or a 100%?
I've read from smart people advising me to just go through the main story first, then do the other stuff, or vice verca... To pick one way first. But I don't want to.

I totally get it, like being pressured by time. Ad when the time bar turns red, you still have comparatively much time. But in this game, overall, it is really more than a just psychological stress factor, because I am actually trying to rush through and still am always too late for almost every content.

That's me, but this game is not necessarily easy for me, or was equally unworthwile to explore.

Like with the game "Extinction Is Forever" (big recommendation at this point), I didn't quite enjoy that feeling too of being stressed, but in that case, it is a really big emotional part of the story and it felt like making much more sense. I just cannot empathize with some photographer as much, even when he claims to be freelancer.

And that other game, I just mentioned, it was still more generous on the time limit and on the content I sadly was to be missed out on...

The side missions in THIS game were more interesting to me than the main story so far. Missions which were doomed to be skipped for another playthrough.

I just deinstalled this game, the gameplay is just ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ hack&slash, but so bad hardly anyone has ever seen before... And the story, which you mostly will miss out on because of the stupid game design, is nothing new either. Go play some Rockstar games instead. Had a great time with RDR. this is just horrendous.

Just play through a few runs where you mess around for levels, then go do the story with the speed upgrade those levels give you and the knowledge of how to unlock the shortcuts.

Sorry that the game wasn't for you, maybe stick to baby Rockstar games instead?
If someone could playthrough this game and compile all the good parts into a video. Then post the link here, I will gladly watch it! Thanks.
And yeah, the Convicts respawning. that is not a bug, that is a feature and has always been. Thanks, Capcom. Capcom Is Forever.

The game is fairly short so it has this groundhog day mechanic where you're expected to fail multiple times. The next run you keep your experience and skills from the last run and you gain knowledge on how to start running the game perfectly. It's part of the intentional loop. Even if you fail, you can remain in the current save to explore the mall with no time limit worries, get your bearings.

The game also punishes you for not playing it correctly. Yes, this game wants you to play it in a specific way. Don't stop the clown in the kid plaza? Well now the shortcut to skipping the center park is forever lost. Now you get punished with convicts that respawn on purpose each time, that wasn't a mistake in game design. The survivor escorts are also a test of skill. Are you arming them, do you know the best route back to the safe room, do you stick with them or run too far ahead? Some require you carry them or to literally hand hold them back to the safe room.

Essentially it was dark souls before dark souls with rouge lite mechanics.

Being fair to you, the low levels runs are REALLY fひcking rough, you really have no hope of doing Main AND Side quests on an early playthough

Honestly I'd say the game only gets truly enjoyable once you mentally map out the Mall atleast partially, and you're at Lv30 or above, which shouldn't be too hard since escorting Survivors gives mad PP

About the time limits, needless to say, Skateboards, Shopping Carts help, but also Blended drinks can help a lot,

For a bit of a time-challenge gamer lifehack:
You can go to the Food Court's Frozen Dreams stand, put 1 Yogurt and 1 Milk in the blender, now you have around 20 seconds of triple movement speed

Any way to speed up Frank is a roundabout way to 'stretch' time, and Frank CAN get Speed Up Stats as you level up (for some ungodly reason), so basically your way to 'gain time' is to learn layouts, outmaneuver zombies and make use of speeding up items
