Question regarding the Unbreakable achievement.
I'm level 50 in the game, but I never got the achievement as you can tell. Can I use my current character or do I have to create a new one?

Yes, you can use your current character. All you have to do is get the true ending without being captured by the the Cult of Special forces.

Being level 50 will of course make that easier. Pretty much all the achievements can be obtained with a level 50 Frank if you didn't find time to complete them before. Ng+ is a big part of the game.
