Black Ops MP cheating or mods?

Is there some way a person can have mods or be cheating in Black Ops 1MP? I was at a nuketown spawn point(backyard behind fence) and was shot by same guy 3x right as I spawned. I believe others were also. This guy was inside other building and shot through 3-4 walls when i watch the kill cam. Is this possible without cheats? I've noticed this with other kill cam views. Which I watch and to see if someone is cheating. I know I suck. I haven't played since the original Xbox 360 came out and I had this game day one. I wasn't bad then. But starting over on pc is hard and my xbox wireless controller feels laggy sometimes while shooting and seems to jump from target uncontrollably. Its frustrating but i loved this game and made my way up. Maybe I need a better controller. But back to the point and question? Is this possible or is this person using mods? Honest question...

duh everything before mw2 is infested with hackers.

Did steam or treyarch whoever give up trying to do something? Wish I knew this before buying this from steam. I even tried returning this within a day but apparently I played it too long and they won't refund me and told me to contact the developer. Fn BS if you ask me. They shouldn't sell a game if it's full of cheaters.

When you are a pro and have been playing for years, you already know where the players appear, it is a possibility. Then there are players who use cheats, some tend to make many casualties from a single place...to clear up doubts it is good to keep the name of this player or their steam profile, communicate it to the community or to an administrator of said server in the what do you play

I get being a pro. I've never claimed to be but I wasn't bad back on the xbox 360 original game. Made rank pretty quickly. But when you see the guys kill cam with you and other team members names in red on the house across the street outside wall(on Nuketown) and then they fire at the wall(basically your name in red) and kill you. That's mods, cheats, or whatever they're called. I guess I need to write names down when that happens. I highly doubt that is Hardline Pro deep impact perks or whatever they are called. I'll play some games on this server where it seems 100% fair and then some where they are cheating with abilities to see your name through 4 walls in cross hairs and shoot you. Or they take plenty of hit damage that has killed others yet stand there shooting non-stop. Also 34-1 that's not pro. That's cheating.
