I've been trying to get the achievements for collecting all gnomes and Lady figurines, and I can't seem t unlock them.

I am 100% certain that the achievements SHOULD have popped up since I've collected everything in single playthroughs, multiple times. Also all of the "scenes" have the correct number of gnomes displayed. However, the Rascal achievement seems to still be hidden and the Gnome achievement's counter is decidedly stuck on 9.
I've tried starting a new game -obviously-, deleting all save files and reinstalling the game, setting the gnome and figurine counters back to zero in an effort to "unbug" them, but nothing's worked, they won't budge. I've also waited close to a year before trying again in the hopes that a patch or update might have solved the problem but alas, no such luck.

I'm begging for any sort of help to get those two god-forsaken achievements before they drive me insane
I'd even sink as low as getting another save file somewhere but since creating new games didn't fix the issue I'm not sure that'll work.
