i5-4490 intel hd 4600 memory 8 gb lags..... very lags Many games do not lag at low and medium settings ( Skyrim, Dishonored etc) It is better to return the money or the hope that it will fix ?

By the developer's own admission this game is not even close to being finished, yet here it is being sold as a complete product. Why isn't this in Early Access?
