Has anyone managed to do this? Is it possible?

Got the game today and enjoying it, up to about story mission 10. Heard about it after playing the demo for Calyx as a lot of people were saying its a sort of spiritual successor to Creeper World. Anyway, I was just wondering if there is any reason to destroy old turrets that aren't in range of anything. From what I can tell you don't get any energy refund or similar for demolishing them and they don't consume energy when not in use (right?). So the only reason to get rid of them would be for back defence...

So I used to play this game on old game websites and I really enjoyed it, so I was looking forward to picking it up on sale today. However, the game crashes about a minute into the first level and I have no idea why. Maybe it's incompatible with newer hardware? I don't know. Hopefully I can resolve this so I can get back to reliving childhood nostalgia. Any suggestions or ideas would be appreciated!...

Hi, i may have downloaded and played a thousand of map on an OLD computer, when opening the "cutom map" menu, the start lag severly and sometime creashes. It is probably time to trim the catalogue! but IG, i can only erase one at a time. Does anyone know where the game save imported map so i ccan erase the whole directory at once?...

The screenshots on the store page make the game look much more diverse than it really is. There you can see all sorts of different looking maps, while in reality, every map in the game looks the same grey or brown color with basically no variation whatsoever. I've unlocked every achievement, finished the story and all the side missions and yet haven't seen a single map, that actually looks like what those screenshots on the store page show. What up with that?...
