Annoying stuttering

I'm playing this game on high settings, runs super smooth. The only issue I get is minor stutters in the game, is there a way to fix this?
GTX 1070
i5-3570k
8gb Ram
NOTE- I don't drop below 60 fps at all, only minor stutters. Am I the only one with this issue, or is it common to a lot of people in this game at the moment?

I have this issue as well with a similar setup.

EDIT: I managed to fix this by chosing the default profile for graphical settings in nvidia control panel.

Are you using windowed/borderless windowed? Because I'm experiencing bad frame pacing with those modes.

after reboot pc 2 times for some apparent reason it fixed itself

I'm playing on full screen and i'm now installing the new drivers from nvidia. hopefully it runs better.

As Cat ^ said, make sure borderless isn't turned on. It may turn itself on if you alt/tab in game.

Full screen confirmed, Still micro stuttering. Tried in game vsync on and off. No help.

Setting max prerenderd frames to "Use 3d application setting" in NVidia minimizes sttuttering. Extra lag if you used to have 1 but better than constant hitching.

I rember fro DR that some stuttering was caused by usb inputs. Try to avoid usb hubs and usb 3.0 ports for all your peripherals
