Modding documentation

Hi. Can someone point me to the most up to date modding documentation? (No graphics, only text and databasefiles)

Text in the guides like this: "Please keep in mind that Warlords is still in production and there are bound to be tweaks and changes made from us too. " Gives me pause, and indicates that the guides are out of date.

Keep in mind this was written a long time ago.
There have been new scripts commands etc but no fundamental change to the way it is done.
In particular, texts / databases work the same.
