Hello, comrades! I try to include in these factions the possibility of a diplomatic dialogue. In the file StartDiplomacy.sal i removed these factions from the line "array Add noTalks". But in the game, when i try to contact them, i still see the message "no answer". What files should i still edit to make the dialogues work?
