Hi! Does this game offer unlimited continues (credits)?

i killed the boss of the 1st stage but game has not transitioned to the next stage i can just move around and shoot but nothing more. Also is game optimised to run at 120fps because at a constant 60fps it feels laggy?

I'm not complaining, it was cool to get it for $1.25 in the Groupees Remute X Bundle, but frag, it's barely been released and now is in a bundle? It's a great game and I suggested my friends get the bundle for the game. In fact, that was the only thing I got from the bundle I believe was worth anything. And cards will be added? This reminds me so much of a game I had on a demo disk. If you or anyone help me figure out what game I'm thinking of, I'll buy this game, the DLC, and anything else you guys make for it.
