I still get the same error. I changed regions but it did not work.

Ok in that case - please send us Your output.log file.

It should be located in users/You/AppData/CrazyRocksStudios
On Windows10 - it is located next to game executables.

As soon as I get this file I will be able to help You.

This problem is connected to our database provider - PlayFab - I will contact them and try to resolve why it isn't working for You - Have You tried to disable firewalls etc ? maybe that is the problem...

İ get same error too Error2 Operation timed out after 16 miliseconds

I disabled all antivirus and firewalls.
