I can confirm after buying this that it says no card drops available. I am strongly considering refunding it for this reason even though it was cheap.

Glad to hear it and I bet they cost a small fortune as my problem remains, a paid for (non free) game refuses to drop any cards.

How many boosters does one have to make once per day to get enough foils to badge this?

857 per booster
If u interested i can craft for u with price for each booste +50 gems from the price
Also i have some overstock foils

Was sleeping, and I've already badged the normal badge once on my main account (this is my second account), all I am interested in is them fixing the broken drops.
