Hi fellow players!

We've created this topic to describe the best way of informing us about any bugs that you encounter during the playtime (hopefully - with your help - we will get to the stage when there are none!). Simply describe it in your own words (picture might be helpful) and send it, together with your crash logs as a private message on our Facebook profile[facebook.com]. This way we will be able to sort it out in the fastest way possible.

How to find your logs?
It's the file named output_log.txt and you can find it on your computer. Depending on your operating system, it is located in:
- Windows 10 – executables (next to .exe file of the game),
- Other operating systems - users/you/AppData/LocalLow/CrazyRocksStudios.

Don't worry if you can't find your AppData folder - probably it's just hidden. Simply follow this instruction to make it visible:

PS We've just launched a subforum specifically for all technical issues and bugs. You can head over there to describe any problems you've got with the game so that we can fix them for you - just bear in mind that sending logs to us is the most useful thing you can do, so please do it first.
