Unplayable with low FPS

I've tried a bunch of different fixes but nothing seems to work. Still getting what seems to be like 10 FPS. It's so slow and laggy that it's unplayable. And yes, I did see the thread about downloading "DXVK Async 1.10.3 " but that is too much work. Why do we have to do all that when the devs should you know, fix their game?

Have an RTX 4080 btw.

Hi - I am also having a v slow frame rate: I have changed my graphics card latency setting to ultra, but no joy. Is my graphics card too slow, possibly? I have an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060 6GB GDDR6.
Many thanks for any advice!

Its a weird bug. I play on a 3090ti and ryzen 5700x on one pc and it's flawless.
On my 3080 12gb and 5600x its a complete mess, sub 30 fps when it should be similar

Have you tried checking in the program-specific settings on the Nvidia app that you're actually using the graphics card? Mine was set to use the integrated graphics instead. Switched that and it went from 8 FPS to 30+ (on a GTX 1660 Ti)
