LOW FPS FIX (NVIDIA)
Open "NVIDIA Control Panel", click "Manage 3D Settings", turn "Low Latency" on, and set "Vertical Sync" to "Fast". Doing this made my experience go from feeling like 20-30fps, to feeling like 130+ fps, silky smooth.

Yes, applied that fix and what a huge difference it made. Wish I'd tried this before getting 70% through the game.

I tried this and I'm still getting super low frame rates and lag. I have an RTX 4080, btw.
