Will this game series eventually have a later game release like Hexcells where an Infinite mode is added? Thanks

i just did world 1 and didn't get the achievement.

I can get to every square on the board 'orthogonally' from the puzzle cell counts - so how do I choose which?? There's clearly a rule which isn't explained and I'm not going to guess what it is - could you maybe explain the thing better?
