I have a driver with all stats at maximum, meaning all 20! Does this +2 bonus also affect drivers who already have 20 in their stats? Does the game apply a 22 in this case, or is 20 the cap?...

Game won't even start. Don't know where to start

I've been modifying the game for a week now, and honestly it's been pretty smooth sailing. So what i mean is that engineers/designers/drivers wanting ridicilushy high wages to join my team. is there a mod to balance it out. So that they wont be asking FOR A LOT of money
