Gems

This may sound silly but how do you encrust gems.Can anyone please tell me.

To encrust, you must have a cut gem. To make one, in the Tinkerer's Tools, you need four pieces of raw gem placed as such:
OXO
XOX
OXO
Where X is a raw gem.
Place the piece of armor, trinket or weapon in the inventory, right click the cut gem and drag the equipment to encrust slot. It's not hard, but not as simple as well.

Hi, i have been looking for an answer about the gems and what their properties. Like what do they do to what item you encrust? I cant seem to find the answer anywhere ;-; please and thanks
