Also, yea she is funny. Too bad she never got a character development
Honestly, the only thing I really find dislikable about her is that most of the others haven't figured out they shouldn't be taking her seriously. This is a big flaw whose fault lies mostly with her, of course, but she was definitely becoming less rough around the edges towards the end of her screen time.
I only recently really noticed that she really stepped up to the administrator role in Ch 3, and was the only one who had any clue how to deal with the disease at an organizational level. It's too easy to overlook that skill given how well she dresses it up with her mean act, whether real or feigned.
Funny maybe, but she's definitely not misunderstood. She's a bad person, pure and simple.
I definitely agree with this! And I also think that characters that casually disrupt the peace like Hiyoko are necessary in big groups like this.
