I've bought Pam and Penny a house using the community upgrade at Robin's carpenter shop. When watching Penny's 4 heart cutscene, Pam enters from where the trailer entrance would have been, a couple of squares below Penny and I. But because it's the house and not the trailer she just kind of teleports into the scene instead of walking in from the new entrance room.
