Will there ever be proper series bundles and all titles available?
I'm waiting for years now for proper bundles, as well as Linear Bounded Phenogram being available as a standalone and 8-bit ADV being available on Steam.

I don't understand what's so hard about it. I don't want Elite, which I consider an inferior version of the original first entry, and I don't want to pay its inflated price just to get Linear Bounded Phenogram.

If at least there was finally a complete bundle available, with all titles at a proper discount, it would be a bit more palateable. Instead, we have these very odd bundles, with some titles like Darling's Embrace not even included in a single one. And the price for Elite, which I don't even want, is still sky-high.

I honestly don't know what's the downside from making a proper SciADV-wide bundle. Not only do you encourage people to buy more games together, you're advertising the least known titles of the series by displaying them on the store page of the most popular entries in the bundle. It's really weird that they stopped bundling together SciADV titles after just S;G + C;C which was the first non-SciADV title to get translated. Not R;N, not C;H, not A;C, none of those got bundled with S;G afterwards.

They won't separate Phenogram from Elite, exactly because they know the main reason why people even buy Elite is because of Phenogram. It's only about making money, not making a good or convenient product. They know people don't want to buy Elite, so they have to hold a better game hostage to make people buy it.

About 8-Bit ADV, it's probably going to be hard to bring to Steam, since it's an actual NES rom that uses the Switch's own NES emulator to run. To bring it to Steam they'd have to use a PC NES Emulator, and we all know how Nintendo is with emulators, better not to get involved with that in a product that costs money.

Is this true? If so, that is mindblowing. Why even make the game for NES in the first place, unless it's a niche hobby project? But emulation isn't something forbidden, just using any code from the original console and company is. There have been several compilations over the past few years that used emulation, the most prominent being probably Disney's game collections (Afternoon Collection, Aladdin and The Lion King).
