Really enjoyed this, but the rest of the VN catalog looks like straight loli trash.
Are there any other VNs which are actually good and not about japanese schoolgirls? This can't be the only one.

try other VNs from Science Adventure franchise - chaos;head, robotics;notes, et cetera

Zero Escape and Ace Attorney series are both great, and both have more gameplay sections in addition to the VN aspects.
Gnosia is pretty neat, I’m playing it now (though on Switch).
Scarlet Hollow is an amazing episodic horror VN, though not all episodes are out yet. And the same dev recently released another VN, Slay the Princess, which is excellent.
Cinders is a retelling of Cinderella, but you have a lot of control over how the story actually plays out - for instance, you have a choice of “fairy godmother” (including foregoing one and doing it all on your own), you can try to kill your stepmother, etc

agreed, the popular ♥♥♥ fixation on lolis is,,, troublilng. AI Somnium Files is great, no loli pandering. If u enjoyed steins gate, ai somnium files is the way to go
