It would be an insta-buy from me.
I did like the system of Bullet Heaven 2 much more than this upgrade system from Bullet Heaven 1.
The upgrade system of Bullet Heaven 1 was simple and added nothing special to game. If I remember correctly it even made the earlier stages a cakewalk. It wouldn´t be the right choice for a arcade game and would make highscores impossible. But I did like the first game regardless.
In Bullet Heaven 2 on the other hand earlier stages can became only a cakewalk depending on your own skills. This is a far better development choice for a proper game.
I love both games - BH 1 is meant to be played through, then reset (clear all), then played through again. I probably completed the game 20 times or so by now. In BH 2 I am more reluctant to reset progress.
