my saves got reset!
i need a game DEV to analyise my save files. i loaded up my 77% complete file to go tidy up some collectables and get 100% done , when i entered the main hub world i got the starting message about " these red gems are what you use to buy things" etc etc. i entered my parents rang shop to find that i needed to buy the rangs again ( even though i had every rang in the game available on my rang ring selection ) so curois to see if it was just a visual bug i bought one of the rangs , and when i went to save to exit it said my 77% was now only 7% , but with 11K orbs and all the rangs open to me.
i checked the other shop to see that i also needed to buy the bunyip keys and the golden paw again , even though ive purchased these items before. my shops got totaly reset along with my progress.
fortunately for me save slot 2 and 3 both are identical , slot 2 has my 77% and slot 3 has my now 7% after encountering this bug.
has anyone else got it and if so whats going on. and if not can a developer please look at this save files?

Sorry the game had this issue for you.

I got your email with your savegames, and have started debugging it. It appears that your Game2 is the old "original Steam release of TY2" save format, and for some reason, the conversion process from the old format to the new format isn't working on your mission and item data.

I'll be looking into this further, but I don't have an ETA on a fix currently, but hopefully not too far away.

I have found the issue and a fix for it will be included in the next update to TY2. If your Game 2 is still the same as what you sent us, it will load up correctly after the update.

thank you very much for the replys and the swift repairs :)
yes i didn't touch my save file two , i left it alone in the event you could repair the bug but no revert anything effected by it.

i checked my untouched saved file after the patch was released and the bug was indeed fixed ! thank you guys for the swift patch !
