In fact, there is a Harem ending (all girls) and a Reverse Harem ending (all guys).
Just to be clear, it doesn't mean a harem ending like those in some visual novels. It just means that, when you finish the game, you are left with only girls (Emma, Mindy, Heather, Kelly and Candace) or only guys (River, Devlin, Eugene, Crone, Badger).
I can't give you exact step-by-step instructions, because I played this game year ago. Just try to sacrifice/kill the characters you don't want to end up with, when you're presented with an opportunity.

I don't remember the exact steps you need to follow, but I think Emma doesn't count as a girl for Reverse Harem achievement (probably because she is your sister), so you can safely take her with you to be able to get Crone.
