Yes that's annoying. I played it 2 weeks ago and I noticed that I didn't get the achievement for training all troops and sieges. Likewise, killed rats remains at 9900/10000 and the skirmish games and multiplayer games at 51/200 (it's the same with you). I haven't checked all achievements, but it's just where it has to be counted that it's buggy
