or is there a un-censored patch ,if the game have nudity?

I have the patched version of the game and have completed all the endings, but in the gallery on the top right image, the 3rd from is missing. It says "Image 3 of 3 locked". I've tried everything I can think of, but that one from of that one image is missing. Is this a bug, or is there some way to get it that I haven't figured out?...

When I installed this, my antivirus detected a Trojan.Gen.SMH. It detected the same thing for Shan Gui. Anyone else have this issue? Is it legit? I know some people say that no game on Steam has a virus, but I'd rather be safe than sorry.

Got the game today and played both positive endings. But got no achievement and steam still says 0 hours playing time. What is happening here?
