Are there any plans to give the demo an age-rating, so it becomes available in Germany again?

Yes, a VPN would help to play the demo anyway. But as long as Steam thinks you are in Germany, you can not even see that a demo exists (Steam hides it everywhere, even in the search).

I already played the entire game myself. Just asking for potential future players.
