Nope, looking through SteamDB and 11 countries still have no price set for this game on Steam, but you can still buy it from Fanatical[www.fanatical.com], Green Man Gaming[www.greenmangaming.com], IndieGala[www.indiegala.com] or Nuuvem[www.nuuvem.com]
