Complete guess, but I'd say it's very unlikely. It's way too niche, it would probably turn off more people than it pleases.

Besides, the genre that Age of Barbarians emulates is super, super hetero. The huge muscley barbarian, the hot girl in shredded clothing hanging to his leg...

I really hope not. I'm fine with folk liking folk with the same parts, and I respect it, but I abhor being forced exposed to it and would prefer it kept separate from things, an optional for those that prefer it.

To be fair, we had some girl on girl action at the end of Spider God dlc.

Well, that's just how it is. Very few people are interested in seeing two dudes, but almost everyone likes girl-on-girl.

If you bought the She Red DLC for Arena (which just received +100Mb update today), and got the good ending, then you got rewarded with some fantastic (yet brief) girl-on-girl action.

The only gay content I accept is if Sheyna is involved.
Preferably if it happens during a bad night

Ultimately, game developers aren't going to spend resources to add options that would gross out more people than it would please. And that's a good thing.

Dude...sword and sorcery is all about tittts. If their is some homosexual content it will be around girls.

It never hurts to ask and I always wanted a game where you can be a gay barbarian.

While not specifically a barbarian themed game, I think the game BDSM (Big Drunk Satanic Massacre) has some gay content. But as others have said you will probably be disappointed in AoB2.

I have been thinking to write what Crian Soft did not show us at the end of the Spider God DLCs, but it would take some time to do so due to a busy schedule
