And by revoking these keys, those of us affected cannot even post a review related to their unethical practices because cleverly they forced those of us who legitimately purchased the game to no longer have the game, thus no ability to post a review.

This is VERY bad form from the developers. I am keen to their plight for feeling they were defrauded by their publisher, but handling the issue the way they did instead of seeking solutions provided by the legal system is definitely not the way to handle this. It is apparent that the developer severely lacks any and all business savvy, both in their dealings with their publisher and now their dealings with their ultimate customers.
