Thy can keep their game, I don't want it back. Ill just watch from the wings as their reputation tumbles into the depth's of obscurity.

I think it's time for Valve to step in. I understand they are not responsible for revocation of keys if i understand all that part correctly, but by this point this developer must be/have crossed many red lines with this type of stuff surely.

They are giving back the keys via Fanatical is what is being stated. In my book, it is still innocent until proven guilty instead of the other way around. It has happened now already anyways.....might as well just calmly wait until it has been resolved.

As I explained in the edit; the reason we wanted to use that form was to immediately respond to those who got their key revoked - and after we got in contact with Fanatical we thought it wasn't necessary anymore and got it deleted. That's pretty much all. We're very sorry to have your time wasted on it - but this is a much clearer, mass-solving solution.

Why the mass wave of revokes, this isn't an accident to be bluntly honest.

Ali, this is acting in bad faith since you now hold private information from consumers and are NOT FULFILLING your part of what was promised!
If you create rules in one agreemant you should fulfill those rules of the agreement. You should at least fulfill the agreement for the ones that you've already obtained the private informations from!

No it wasn't. Someone got pissed and overreacted, not thinking of any long term issues which in this day and age, especially with Indy Dev's where one bad day of PR can sink you. By revoking the keys, it hurt paying customers interested in your game, it didnt hurt whatever scam sites (not Fanatical) that got the keys. Whoever made the decision should update their resume since this move is really hurting Pera Games. Those are just my thoughts from a business and PR direction.
The fact that the devs have been removed from the association of the game, may show that the Publisher has dropped them, where they dropped before the mass revoke happened or after.

Either way is bad. Would a developer be that petty at losing a contract to ruin it for a lot of people? Who knows guess we will find out later.

We are aware of an issue with Steam keys for Overfall, which we sold in our Origins Bundle in 2018.

We are in contact with the original publisher and developer to rectify the issue as quickly as possible, and will provide more details therein. We strongly refute any unfounded allegations around trust and can assure you that Fanatical continues to act with integrity, ensuring that all of our products are officially licensed.

We will email back with more information as soon as we have spoken with the publishers and developers.
