they were lawfully bought. Fanatical is pissed at these guys for the allegations the dev made. The devs may in fact be sued and lose in court bigly.
the keys were revoked three years after they were legally bought from fanatical. devs with brains would have asked users to buy their other games or buy directly from steam to gift the game to friends to help out the dev if a publisher or other party had screwed them.
