Out of nowhere, or what it seemed to be, region recording gifs has completely stopped working. When the gif finishes encoding, only the first frame has been recorded and it's just a still picture for the whole gif. I re-downloaded FFmpeg, tried all the different video sources, and tried increasing buffer size to no avail. The region recorder seems to take extra long to stop or abort a recording as well.
