I have gotten every level up to 9:10 to show up on the leaderboards with no abilities, but no matter how many times I beat 9:10 without abilities it just does not work.. Shows there is no data despite doing it 20+ times at this point. I tried putting on an ability and beat 9:10 and that one shows up on the leaderboards so I am unsure as to how to get this achievement to pop if it doesn't think I have beaten it. Everytime it goes to the credits after pressing the button twice so it's not like I haven't beaten it everytime. :(
