Why do the darts deal different amount of damage based on how close you are to the target? I find for some soldiers, in order to knock them out instantly, I have to headshot them point blank from behind. Even one step further back, and it takes either 2 darts, or wait 3-5 seconds for them to be unconscious. I could see it make sense for there to be damage drop off at the very edge of range, but not this....

For some reason no matter when I open the train doors for them, even after the dialogue telling them to get on they just don't. EDIT: It sorted itself out but took a while and multiple tries opening the doors for them. I don't remember the hostages being this idiotic before....
