why cant i move in game

hi i bought the game and im wondering why i cant move when im in game theres no guides on the internet so im kinda confused

Check controls settings. Arrows for movement by default

um i coundlt move again this is never happened with a game before and i have a good computer so im very very confused

No one have this problem. Try to reinstall and unplug all gamepads if you have it.

yeah i cant do that either i have to alt+tab out and close it that way

Well, tell me your system parameters and version of operating system . I'll check game code. It's possible only if you are playing in window mode but not in fullscreen. But you are first person who got this problem.
