During a round (won't work in the lobby of the game) press ESC and you'll see the Skills menu. Boo to the dev for not explaining it in the tutorial or implementing a menu in the lobby.

how to reset skill point? or, how to reset all progress in office battle, and become 0 lvl?

Same here, why did the devs not explain that ? Horrible !
