Who the hell programmed...

...Highway (3rd special scenario) boss? It's sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo unfair!!! It does all his moves randomly, and can't know if jump, keep on floor, or run to dodge his attacks. This boss is more luck (by predicting what he will do to dodge) than skill.

In the off-chance you still haven't beat this boss yet, here is the winning strategy: rapidly pause/unpause the game so you can see what move he is going to use and avoid it while you slowly plink him down.
