I have an extra Blood Angels background I am willing to trade!

Are Achievements, broken or just poorly written? As I do get some of them but yet others... And I see my IV ultra assault is a blood angel in missions

Once you start getting enough luck / determination / cheat engine use [couldn't use, flagged my AV too hard] to the point you've got Tier IV Marines, are any of the II or III's worth it? I see the EE Dark Angel Tier II with all the plasma rifle bonuses is solid but doesn't seem like enough to offset the lower starting stats and lack of 3 abilities in the long run. The III Space Wolf tactical gets the flamer bonus and the III Blood Angel assault gets triage but wasn't sure those are useful enough to offset...
