Now a bunch of things are going to happen that I don't want to spoil. If you want the full event make sure you stay with your decision to work for him. If you do you will get to a fairly large part of the game that you have missed.

Theres at least one other way to get on that branch and you can even accidently fall back to the other branch if your not careful but, once you move to your new house youre locked in.
tried many times, and never happenz anything new
To clarify again, we're talking about this question mark right here https://image.prntscr.com/image/2c8b08067dd4433c99baeffa0fa05476.png
Since the upper part is the evil path, the lower part being the good path, and because they're connected, this thing that you have to do in order to complete this goal has to be something that both paths can finish at that point in the game.
Granted, it could also be a variation, meaning that the quest could be slightly different depending on which side you're on, even if they're leading to the same goal from both paths.
Going through the game's files, I found a couple leads. One of them is a file that contains the entire dialogue and text of the game, including the descriptions of each quest and their names. After combing through them, I found that there are only a handful which don't actually appear in the game:
1.
Train yourself!
You should prepare your muscles for the extreme challenge!
2.
Сrime Fighter
You've proven yourself as a true defender of your wallet! I think all criminals will avoid you now.
3.
Brother
You have a brother! Hurry up, we need to meet him!
Brother is just like you. But wears a mask.
The file I found is seperate from the Dark Fist DLC. There might be more quest descriptions in there if someone can find the file that contains all the text of the DLC.
The second lead are all the image files related to quests or goals, I've uploaded all that are absent from the game here:

(I also added the corresponding file names)
Here are also the ones that are shown in Steam achievements. They're in the game files, but don't make an appearance in-game:

The red question mark in the bottom right corner is probably just a placeholder, but still funny that it's still in there, also found a little drawing of a sad smiley face over an image of Roy (brother of your girlfriend Adrian) at some point.
That should be all for now, I'll make a seperate post for my opinion

Okay, so the "Train yourself!" quest description belongs to the E3 2015 demo. The quest's icon in the demo is a loaded barbell with a star in the top left corner. That one is used in the current game as well, just for a different quest.
"Crime Fighter" is part of a Steam achievement with the exact same description, but doesn't appear in the game. This is maybe a little weird, because all the text of the game completions in 100, 200 and 300 days and hardcore mode are not part of the in-game text file. Could be nothing though, just something to note.
The "Brother" goal would make a lot of sense if it's what we're looking for, because nevermind which path you chose, you really do still have a brother and you're either working together or not. Also, immediately after getting out of prison or Russia, you're tasked with meeting your brother either by Mick or Don, depending on which path you went for.
Just, no actual quest pops up.
It could be that the start of the goal in the programming is bugged or just misspelled.
This is also my guess as to what this unknown goal represents.
