Gear? [answered]
I just was with 4 other low levels (<10) in a game.
All had gear.
Is there an event or something where I can get gear?
Am I missing something?
I do currently NOT own the game. Just playing the free version.

Gear is gained through drops in story/ops or pulled frmo lootpacks(also earned through those) Lootpacks are free to open, and can also be purchased with credits.
You can also earn lootpacks by leveling up your account, characters or by doing specific challenges.

You can also get character specific gear by completing their lore 100%.

I have lots of gear now, had to destroy some even.
