So is this game single player?

I've been looking to get this game and it's listed as single player, is it actually single player or is it just a false tag?

Hi, Hurtworld isn't single player but you can setup local server and play alone.

alright, well ill see if i can figure that out. But if it isn't single player why is it listed as single player on the store?
