There are a few that I have a question about and I want to know what the complete effect is. There is one upgrade that fills your distortion meter when you grab a power up but it gives you a different effect. I have not obtained the upgrade yet but was wanting to know exactly what happens....

I picked up Darius Burst CS and just didn't like it. HAd all of the DLC as well so I ended up refunding it. I loved the Darius series back on the Saturn. Don't know why I didn't like CS. Ran into this game because of the recommendation and man am I impressed. I wish I knew about this game before hand. I love all the choices for weapons. That is the main thing missing form a lot of SHMUPS is weapon selection and power ups. Most Japanese shooters focus on one primary and one secondary and you're just dodgin...

First of all I've played the hell out of this game, loved it and got every achivement (except two that are bugged?) I played with a PS4 controller using InputMapper which may be related to some bugs. Red Tiger has a 100% critical hit chance on all specia...

... is this worth it? I'm not trying to have a subtle dig at the lack of internet coop, I don't care, I'm just wondering if its good enough for a single player? Is it suitably balanced and stuff? I like RPG-lite stuff in games and upgrading mechs and or spaceships is always fun to me....

So I played on my pc and wanted to play on my laptop. The game loads but when I selecet the first mission-advanced it frezes, the b back button as well as any key does not work, mouse and keyboad the same thing.
