How did it take to get a response from them? I submitted a ticket on Monday so 4-5 days ago still no response, similar issue couldn't verify number never got the code now my computer is block. haven't even played the game yet on STKO

* ) reading all these post about the same problems i am getting discouraged & giving up. This account some how got "Your account has been blocked" & "account creation abuse / contact forum" have not even been able to choose race and character all stuck. I even created a new Steam account just to play this old school game when it asks for my phone number I must have sent it 100 time & never gotten a SMS even tried again a day later. So then i come back to this account & create the issue tickets. all goes well I hope.
