Would an ideas thread be helpful or do you have enough of your own to be getting on with? When you shoot civilian spaceboats, hows about a little guy in a spacesuit plops out and if you manage not to shoot him, you can pick him up and he fills one of your cargo slots. It's illegal and works the same as the red stuff, police will chase you around the starting area. There could be a big slave ship/colony that spawns somewhere at the far reaches of the map that offers really good money for the people. Maybe ...
