Can't start game

Keeps on going into windowed mode at the start and the mouse can't click on anything in windowed mode.

Tried removing the CSD2_Op.ini, didn't help.

Hi, posting your pc specs and monitor resolution and info about multimonitor setup, if present, will definitely help in helping you.

Already tried to verify cache files for CSD2?

I would also try to rollback to "prevversion" by right clicking the game in Steam, go to properties, go to the betas tab and on the dropdown window select prevversion.
